What materials do you use?＋
Our pieces are sterling silver (marked S925), stainless steel with 14k gold plating, or natural gemstones. Every product page states the exact material — we never hide a plated finish behind the word “gold”.
What does S925 mean?＋
S925 means 92.5% pure silver — the international sterling standard. It is hypoallergenic for most wearers and safe for everyday wear.
How do I find my ring size?＋
Measure the inner diameter of a ring that already fits, then match it to our size chart in millimetres (US / EU / UK). Each ring listing shows the available sizes and an adjustable option where offered. Not sure? Message us — we will confirm before you order.
Will sterling silver tarnish?＋
Silver can darken over time from air and skin oils — this is normal and easy to reverse. Wipe with the polishing cloth included, keep pieces dry, and store them in the pouch provided. Avoid perfume, chlorine and hot springs.
How long does shipping take?＋
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Insured worldwide delivery usually takes 7–15 business days depending on destination, and every order includes a tracking number.
Can I return or exchange an item?＋
Yes — unworn pieces in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Engraved or personalised items are made to order and cannot be returned unless faulty.
Does it come gift-ready?＋
Every order arrives in a Vivfora gift box with a polishing cloth and a care card — ready to give, no extra charge.
How do I track my order?＋
You will receive a confirmation email immediately and a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our workshop. You can also check status any time under Account → Orders.
