使用 Vivfora 即表示您同意这些服务条款。如不同意,请勿使用。By accessing or using Vivfora, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. 服务说明/ 2. Service Description
Vivfora 为国内零基础创业者提供 AI 一键生成跨境独立站工具,包括对话建站、模板应用、AI 文案、多语言、SEO、合规模板、一件代发集成等。Vivfora provides an AI landing page generator for first-time cross-border e-commerce entrepreneurs in China.
3. 用户账户/ 3. User Accounts
请提供真实信息注册账户,您需自行负责账户和密码的安全。Vivfora 不对任何未经授权的访问负责。You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
4. 订阅与付款/ 4. Subscriptions and Payments
Vivfora 国内订阅通过微信支付 / 支付宝结算(¥)。海外买家的付款走用户自己的 Stripe / PayPal / Wise 账户。订阅可随时在 dashboard 取消,7 天内可退款。
5. 内容归属/ 5. Content Ownership
您对通过 Vivfora 创建的所有内容拥有完整所有权。我们绝不出售或分享您的页面。You retain full ownership of all content you create.
6. 禁止行为/ 6. Prohibited Use
您同意不使用 Vivfora 从事:违法活动、钓鱼 / 恶意软件、垃圾信息、侵犯知识产权、成人内容、处方药 / 管制物质、武器 / 弹药、仿牌等。Illegal activities, phishing, spam, IP infringement, adult content, controlled substances, weapons, counterfeit goods — all prohibited.
7. AI 内容免责声明/ 7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Vivfora 使用 AI 生成内容。AI 可能产生错误或不准确的结果。您需自行审核 AI 生成内容的准确性、合法性、合规性。Vivfora 不对 AI 生成内容的准确性承担责任。AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI output before publishing.
8. 跨境电商特别声明/ 8. Cross-Border E-Commerce Disclaimer
⚠️ 跨境电商存在风险,包括但不限于:市场竞争 / 物流延迟 / 退货 / 拒付 / 监管 / 亏损。Vivfora 仅是建站工具,不承诺出单或利润。
9. 服务可用性/ 9. Service Availability
我们力争 99.9% 的可用性,但不对不间断访问作绝对保证。We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
10. 终止/ 10. Termination
我们保留暂停或终止违反条款账户的权利。您可随时在 dashboard 设置页删除账号(全部关联数据 7 天后不可恢复)。
11. 责任限制/ 11. Limitation of Liability
Vivfora 按"现状"提供,不承担任何间接或衍生损失责任。Vivfora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
